2021 - The Year of St. Joseph

Pope Francis has proclaimed 2021 as a special time to honor St. Joseph. The Year of St. Joseph opened on December 8th, 2020 and ends on December 8th, 2021. This special year marks the 150th anniversary of this Saint being named as a Patron of the Universal Church by Blessed Pope Pius IX.
Pope Francis said "St. Joseph reminds us that those appear hidden or in the shadows can play an incomparable role in the history of salvation."
Each family can pray to St. Joseph for their own family needs. Traditionally, every Wednesday is dedicated to honor this great provider. Add a simple prayer to the Foster Father of Jesus at mealtime or bedtime.
